About the David Gerry Flute Ensemble
The David Gerry Flute Ensemble is named in memory of David Gerry, an Assistant Professor in the Music program in the School of the Arts. For 25 years he taught music students in the program. The flute was his passion and regularly performed in concerts locally as well as directing the Flute Ensemble.

There are no auditions for Flute Ensemble for the 2024-2025 academic year.
All Students will be required to enrol in one of the following course codes for upcoming ensemble.
- 1-4GF3AB (3 units) for credit
- 1HF0AB (0 units) non – credit, pass/fail with participation fee
It is encouraged that you enrol for credit as this may assist in fulfilling electives within your respective program.
