Pond Observations, an Art Exhibition by Professor Judy Major-Girardin


On Sunday, March 5th, Studio Art associate professor Judy Major-Girardin will have a solo art exhibition at the Nathaniel Hughson Gallery in Hamilton, entitled Pond Observations.

Professor Major-Girardin has been teaching at McMaster’s Studio Art program since 1983, specializing in painting and printmaking. Her work focuses on the beauty of nature, and she has a passion for sustainability. She has exhibited her paintings and print media works in solo and group exhibitions throughout Canada and the U.S.A. in New York, Georgia, Alabama, Kitchener, Mississauga, Brantford, Cambridge, Hamilton, Collingwood and Toronto.


The opening reception will be on Sunday March 5th from 2:30 – 5:30pm with artist in attendance. The exhibition runs from March 5 to April 2, 2017. The Nathaniel Hughson Gallery is located at 27 John St N in Hamilton.
